Mr. John Q. Citizen
1234 Any Street
Anytown, U.S.A.
Dear John,
Should you be interested in the protection available through our Acts 5:29 Trusts, this letter is intended to provide you with a basic orientation to trusts, as we here understand and utilize them. After going over this initial information, feel free to give me a call to discuss any additional questions you might have. Or, if you feel ready, just go ahead and send in the requested information and we will go forward with preparing what you need.
Although there is more than one kind of trust, presently I will be addressing the type that we personally handle and know best, sometimes referred to as a "holding" trust. This kind is used to protect one's personal property and assets such as real estate, cars, household items, insurance policies, stocks, etc. This trust can also be utilized for conducting a business, and can accommodate all business-related activities.
The Irrevocable-holding trust we offer is very simple in form and substance. However, I can personally attest to its strength when under attack. A number of years ago, this particular trust was again put through the most severe test of all. My own government tried to punish me for investigating capital crimes committed by federal government officials. I was already a target for daring to speak out and educate my fellow lawmen through my "Aid & Abet Police Newsletter." To teach me a lesson for being a "traitor" to the present immoral, subrosa government "system," the IRS surprised me with a bill for $50,000 dollars.
Interestingly enough, this occurred a mere two months after my return from Arkansas where, with 12 police officers from 9 different states, we initiated a reinvestigation into the suspicious deaths of a fellow officer, Sheriff Gene Matthews, and a federal fugitive named Gordon Kahl. The IRS, we have learned, is just one of the federal hit squads that are used to punish or destroy anyone who stands up against government's abuse of power, or any whom they consider politically incorrect. The "Service" said I owed back taxes from the last few years. Anyone knowing what a police officer makes per year would understand what a laugh that $50,000 tax "debt" figure is. However, I did not laugh about this treachery. My entire means of livelihood, at the time, was my monthly police medical retirement check (received for injuries suffered in the line of duty). This monthly disability check was seized, while they attempted to break my domestic trust and take the property to pay the alleged personal debt.
Even though the judge gave the government 1-1/2 years to try to break this trust, they could not. It was impenetrable because it is completely legal and leaves no vested interest between the grantor/creator and the donated property. The feds finally went away to think up some new tyrannical method of attack. So far it has not come, but I have faith in them.
Here is a little more background: the trust is simple to understand. By law it is a separate entity, just as a person. It wholly owns the property, holds and manages it for the benefit of the beneficiaries appointed by the creator/grantor. Because the creator/grantor no longer owns the property, nor holds any beneficial interest, the property cannot be legally taken to pay any debts of the creator/grantor. The American Citizens & Lawmen Association has been making these trusts available (through Acts 5:29) to those who wish security for their personal and real property. The cost is a minimum donation of $450 for the first, and $300 for each additional trust (In the commercial world one might expect to pay from $900 to $3,000 for such a trust). The reason we can offer these so inexpensively through our police association is that our police and soldier members are all volunteers; they receive no salaries, and no commissions are paid to them. Important note: vehicles, planes, boats, etc. that are risk-prone or dangerous should be placed in separate trusts. This is to avoid their jeopardizing other properties, as they indeed would, if found in the same trust at the time of a liability suit.
ALL FUNDS USED TO FIGHT TYRANNY AND CORRUPTION
John, those who buy this trust get a double benefit. Your entire donation is used for educating our fellow law officers, and for fighting corruption in government. It pays for investigations such as the Matthews/Kahl murders case, and helps to protect the People's Constitutionally-guaranteed rights. There has never been a more important time to think about protecting our assets and regaining financial privacy. Trusts can stop what one Phoenix attorney explains is the loss of up 70% of your estate under the Clinton "citizen rape plan," but termed "investment." Like the ad says, "Hillie and Billie are fit, ready, and coming after your wallet".
Yes, here we are at this time in American life when timely preparation can mean everything. That thought brings to mind the old saying, "All are free to ignore sound advice, for survival is not mandatory." This trust might be a partial answer to your needs.
We will need for you to send us the following information to prepare the trust(s) for you:
-
A name for the trust(s) - any name, other than the name of a living person, can be chosen.
-
Names of the Trustors/Creators - the people who are setting up the trust, such as a husband and wife.
-
Name and address of a Trustee - this person will be the one to operate the trust. If you are expecting a visit one day from the FEDS, as I was visited, then it is better to select someone other than the Trustors/Creators as Trustee.
If you wish to avail yourself of one of our trust vehicles, please call us during regular business hours - 9am to 5pm PST. Or, write to ACLA at HC 11, Box 357, Kamiah, Idaho 83536.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These trust documents, like most legal documents, once prepared and received, are not returnable nor payments refundable. The value is in the research involved and the specific documents prepared, much the same as when your attorney performs a legal task for you.
DISCOUNT FOR CASH OR REAL MONEY (GOLD AND SILVER)!
Payment made with cash, gold, or silver receives a $25 dollar discount. Postal money orders are also preferred, but do not receive the discount. We suggest that any cash be sent by Certified Mail. No checks please - we prefer not to support the banks, for they are part of the problem.
John, I trust that this has answered a few of your questions. As I say, we'll be happy to discuss particulars with you if you want to give us a call. We do think that you have come to the right place, so we thank you and wish you well. God bless and guide all your decisions.
And as a parting note, if you are considering where to move in hopes that you and your family can best ride out the coming storm in America (with others who believe as you do), ask that we send you our Idaho County, Constitutional Covenant Community packet. We'll be happy to do so.
Yours in Freedom,
Ofcr. Jack McLamb
P. S. Never knowing how "the powers that be" might attack any who are trying to assist those who may fall victim to criminal activity, we must make the disclaimer that, even though the American people should be able to freely share legal information with one another (First Amendment) without angering the U.S. "nobility", or violating their monopoly control over the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government, such is not the case. Therefore, we must state that we are not attorneys, nor are we attempting to practice law . In addition we must inform you that if you have questions of a legal nature it would be wise for you to search the law library yourself, or consult a member of the local legal monopoly (a lawyer). Or contact us and we will refer you to those who may be able to assist you. Lastly, remember that when trusts get complicated, they're going to cost big bucks! Most of the time, the reason trust-makers make trusts complicated is just so that they can charge YOU thousands of dollars. But truly, a trust does not have to be complicated to work.
